1. Data Controller

LeonGrid is operated by Edi Silva, based in Portugal. Contact: contact@leongrid.com.

2. Data We Collect & Purpose

• Account Data: Email and name (collected via Supabase) to manage your login session and subscription.
• Billing Data: Processed entirely and securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card details.
• Application Data: Workstations, rotation restrictions, and generated plans. This data is synchronized with our cloud database (Supabase, hosted on EU servers) strictly for your convenience so you can access your work across devices.

3. Important Note on Operator Data & Health Restrictions

LeonGrid does not record, ask for, or store medical texts, diagnoses, or health reports. The "restrictions" are purely a technical on/off association (e.g., Operator A cannot do Workstation B).

To fully comply with GDPR, we strongly advise you to use non-identifiable placeholders (e.g., "Operator A"). If you use anonymous labels, no personal data of third parties is processed, protecting both you and your colleagues.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

We store your data for as long as your account is active. You have the right to access, rectify, or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. You can delete your account immediately from Account Settings; this removes your profile, rosters, and login, and cancels any active Stripe subscription. If you cannot access the app, email contact@leongrid.com and we will purge the data within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services (Sub-processors)

We use Supabase (Database & Auth, infrastructure inside the EU) and Stripe (Payment Processing) to operate LeonGrid. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
