Terms of Service

1. Nature of the Service (MVP)

LeonGrid is currently offered as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for individual use (B2C), aimed at helping supervisors or team leads create rotation plans faster. It is an optimization assistant provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

2. Limitation of Liability (Critical)

LeonGrid does not guarantee compliance with local labor laws or regional regulations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any generated schedules. LeonGrid shall not be liable for:

• Operational delays, production losses, empty assembly-line positions, or scheduling errors.
• Temporary service interruptions or data loss caused by our infrastructure providers (such as Supabase or Stripe).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your account settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds: In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, provided you have generated fewer than 3 schedule plans. By generating your first plans, you acknowledge that you request immediate performance and lose the right to a full refund.

4. User Responsibility & Operator Data

LeonGrid works strictly on technical parameters (Operator ID + Workstation Restrictions). You are strictly requested to use anonymous or fictitious identifiers (e.g., "Operator 1", "Op-123") instead of real names. If you choose to enter identifiable real-world data, you assume full legal responsibility for having the proper authority or consent to do so.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.
